Digimed Medizintechnik from Tuttlingen offers trochanteric nails, tool sets for trochanteric nail systems, lag screws and locking screws. Trochanteric nails provide intramedullary stabilization and are used for subtrochondrial femoral neck fractures.Trochanteric nails have better stability than plate osteosynthesis and provide dynamic locking and distal locking. The delay screw provides load transfer from the femoral head to the nail tree. In addition, the locking screw prevents the system from twisting or migrating.
